This application help admins to create a job post based on their access for the received pump. It logs various information such as pump part images, its issues and repairing needed, and multiple angle information.

Once the job post is created, it is assigned to the teams as per their department and roles. The main aim of this application is to merge all technicians and inspect industrial pumps under one roof.

About SignUP Screen

This screen allows admins to signup and view list of jobs, keep a track of job assigned and created, monitor the tasks conducted and thereby generates and sends the detailed report to the end users/customers.

Here, employees/users can signup and login to the app as per their department wise and roles. After login, the screen displays the list of jobs where admin can further review the jobs and send ballpark quotation.

About Job Listing Screen

This screen allows users/employees to view the list of the current and the previous jobs as per their roles assigned. Here, employees can view the job and its details, and once the job is done, they can log all the job activities such as change in pump accessories, its repairing details, adding new spare parts if any and other details too in the “ Add as Built” section.

Once the job is done, admin can review the job and send the ballpark quotation to the client/customer. In order to maintain the transparency, customers /client can download PDF attachments that consists of all the details regarding actual job condition and the final deliverables. Moreover, the screen also boasts search features with attributes such as ID, name, date, time etc.

About Job Creation Screen

This screen allows admins to create a job along with feeding below details:

Customer Details: It consists of attributes like customer name, Phone number, job number, date etc.
Manufacturing details: It consists of attributes like manufacturing company name, model no, location, unit, pump purpose, serial number, and so on.
Salesman details: It consists of attributes like HT job no, quote, salesman name, team name, repairing details and so on.

Once the details are fed into the system, admin needs to submit the quotation for the requirement. After successful completion of the job, the exact price is released which may differ the quoted price.
