This word add-in can be linked with an Excel data source and create fields in word that are linked to the Excel spreadsheet.The add-in is able to load Excel data fields into Word. Similarly, to the mailing function in Word, the add-in can load data and list the cells in a task pane for the user to select the different cells. The cells to be imported can be defined using by the “name manager" in Excel. So the user can 1st define cell names in the Excel to be loaded in the word document.
