Trading Desk and Accounts Management PowerApps

This PowerApps was aimed for a trading company located at Chile and Chicago who wanted to manage the list of their customers along with their orders for the day to day trades of stocks whether it be selling, purchasing or putting them on hold. It gives the access to 4 roles of the company's heirarchy where there are some employees handling the end customers, some are managing the trades, some at verification desk and a handfull at management. Trade Management PowerApps also gives the admin the authority to check the customer's trade history by just putting up their name or ID along with managing the roles of the employees

About Trading Desk App

It has multi-level hierachy management based on which the permissions can be enabled and disable manually or automatically
Sharepoint as a database helps in faster loading time
Escalations to the senior members can be done for the order quickly while creating the orders
Maintains the trade history of any/all customers

Order List Screen

The user can see the list of the orders he has generated with the details like the account name, account number, order date, advisor's name, etc. It has multilevel users so that this screen will display the record based on the user.

Create Order Screen

This screen or rather a menu is for creating the order for a particular trade where in there are some mandatory records to be filled and once the details are filled, the advisor (base user) can escalate this order to his senior that is the trading desk from the Execution details option.

Trade History Screen

On this screen, the advisor, trading desk and the middle officer level can see their customer's trade history which are assigned to them

Manage Role Screen

This option is enabled for the admin user where he can manage the role of a particular employee to promote or demote his role on the application through which certain permissions would be enabled or disabled.
