Once the details are added in the system, admin can assign the project to the most suitable and available vendors in a click. This makes business operations simple, easy yet seamless.
This screen allows admin to add new employees in the project and assign them a subsequent role.
Once the employees are added, they can manage the entire project details, its scope and contract as per the assigned role.
Later on, employees can add projects, manage trades and can even give ratings to the existing vendors as per their roles.
This screen allow employees to add project details like project name, street address, project status, completion date, contract type and so on.
Once the details are added, they can go to the trade where they assign the project to a particular vendor after evaluating its previous projects reviews and ratings.
If the vendor’s previous portfolio meets their current requirements, project is being assigned to that particular vendor.
Ratings are one of the most important aspects to evaluate any vendor’s working capabilities. Here, employees can give ratings to the vendors.
All they need to do is just select the sub trade name and kindred project enter the title and that’s it. You can state your reviews in the comments box there. Apart from this, employees can even measure vendor’s capabilities by giving them ratings based on quality, schedule, safety, and submittals.
They can even view vendor’s existing ratings and reviews.
