About

Back-office user receives requests from the clients or agencies to collect the specimens and feed into the system. The entered requests then scheduled to the collectors by back-office (admin) user. This app has a Model-Driven user-interface.

NEW REQUEST AUTHORIZTION

Back office user create a new request autohrization.
Request authorization is like a master - detail form. A request autohrization header record represent customer details, agent details, Authorization number, Authorization Expire Date and Order date. There may be one or more request authoriztion detail records associate with request authorization header and this requet authorization detail record includes Test/Exam type, status, assigned to, scheduled date, complete date etc.

Backoffice user can add request autohization details records in a bulk.
User can assigned and/or schedule the each request authozation detail record.
A master-detail form layout helps user to visualize all the request autohrization header and details records altogether.
